I have been a little tardy in blogging this one as it was taken two weekends ago when Jon, Hannah, Daniel and Bethan paid us a visit to meet Jennifer.

The roofers have finished, and this is what our attic now looks like. One day when we grow up we might be able to afford to convert this into a lovely big bedroom.

Dragon dancing

James and Simeon celebrate Chinese new year with their own unique style of dragon dancing.

Nearly Watertight

The roofers have progressed very well with only two mishaps...first their advertising board blew down and smashed to pieces and they have also slightly damaged our neighbours ceiling, doh.
















However we should be water tight by Monday night. Hoorah.

Jennifer Eve Burgess

On Sunday 3rd February at 10.42am Jennifer Eve Burgess entered the world, weighing a very respectable 8 lb 1 oz.




Everything went very well and now we are back home getting to know one another.






We had a visit from some very proud grandparents ...

















...and a very good big brother. James has been great with Jennifer so far, giving her lots of cuddles and kisses and being very gentle.




He mastered her name very quickly, but has occasionally been quite insistent that she should be called Thomas.
