Up North

A splendid weekend was had by many Burgesses in "the North".  Sledging, geocaching, trips to Wilf's and the fun factory.  Good times.

Our little girl is four!  After our first (and probably last) snow day of the year, we celebrated with grandparents and a slice of princess cake.  High drama followed a few moments later as Jenny's hair caught alight.  Nothing that a cuddle and quick trim couldn't fix.

And finally, it snows.

 We have been blessed with snow every winter since our children have been born, and thanks to last night this year is no exception. 

This morning we awoke to four and a half inches of the glorious white stuff and spent the day playing in it.
