The roofers are in, we have a cement bath in the lounge, a party wall under construction in the loft, and after plying the men with tea and cakes our neighbour Barbara managed to sweet talk them into laying some loft insulation on their side which they cannot do themselves due to having no loft access.Still no sign of Lionel II, who is showing every sign of taking after Mab, or as he is better known, Mr Manyana.

Typical Burgess style, have 9 months when you are free and it can be done and then it all begins when Lou will go into labour :)
